SZ is a modular, parametrizable, error-bounded lossy compressor framework for scientific data (floating point and integers), developed at Argonne National Laboratory and collaborating universities. The SZ family includes SZ3, cuSZ, cuSZp, SZp, FZ-GPU and related tools such as QCAT.
